Oligo Analysis Tool is a multifunctional tool, which gives you the option of checking your oligos before you order them. It also facilitates the set up of experiments by calculating the adequate amounts and dilutions for your oligo solutions.
How it works1. Please select the oligo type (DNA or RNA) to be analysed
2. Type in the name of the oligo
3. Enter the oligo sequence:
ACGT = DNA;
(ACGU) = RNA; Use the
IUB code for wobbles
4. After the oligo Information has been entered, click on any of the tabs to initiate calculations
5. Enter the required values if applicable and let the tool analyse
6. If the calculated properties of your oligo are fine for you, you can directly start ordering
