Please print out the stickers below and put one on the bag / box where your samples are shipped in  (within the envelope). This will ensure that your samples are routed savely and fast to our NGS testing laboratory.

Important Information for UPS Labels

Please note: the UPS Labels are only available for: AT, BE, BG, CH, CY, CZ, DE, DK, EE, ES, FI, FR, GB, GR, HR, HU, IE, IT, LT, LU, LV, MT, NL, NO, PL, PT, RO, SE, SI, SK

For Switzerland, UK and Norway please add the Proforma Invoice to your parcel (outside pocket).

No dry ice parcels are allowed with the provided UPS labels! (they will return your shipment). For your dry ice shipments you need to order your own shipment label from the service (DHL, UPS, ....) of your choice.
