HOW DOES IT WORK?

Redeem your prepaid NGS Coupons by following these simple steps

Select your project type

Navigate to the order page and choose the product required for your project. Then specify the number of samples and, where applicable, select any additional data packages you need.

Redeem your Coupons

After selecting your product, a coupon redemption checkbox will appear. Simply select the checkbox, and the system will automatically verify whether you have sufficient coupons to cover the service. Partial payment with coupons is also possible and will be calculated automatically./div>

Optional services

Proceed to Step 2: Optional Services. If you choose bioinformatics services, these can also be paid for using coupons, and the system will validate the available balance automatically. For all other optional services, a quote request may be required.

Provide sample information

In Step 3: Questionnaire, enter all required project and sample details. Then upload the sample information Excel file, including the assigned free NGS barcodes.

Coupons and pricing information

Please note that the order page may still display a price even if you plan to pay with coupons. Coupon redemption is only applied in the shopping cart, where the final project price is calculated and displayed.

Submit your project

Once you have completed the questionnaire, add the product to your cart. If the orange Order button is available, you can submit your order directly. If you have selected additional services or your coupons only cover part of the project cost, a quote request may be required before the order can be finalized.
