How to redeem ONT Coupons

• Select the order page in our quick order menu (on top of the page)
  ONT Coupons can be used for the following products
  
  • Whole Plasmid Sequencing (plates & tubes)
  • Clonal Amplicon Sequencing
  • Bacterial Genome Sequencing (up to 7 Mb)

• Dependent on the product (and size) one or several ONT Coupons are required per sample

• Select the number of samples you will send and click on "Next"

• Define your sample size, enter the "free barcode" sequence and your sample name  (NOT the ONT Coupon sequence)*

• Then click "Add to Cart".
• If you have unused ONT Coupons in your account, a pop-up will appear, asking you, if you would like to use your ONT Coupons for this order

• If you click yes, then the system will check if you have enough ONT Coupons to cover all samples.
  • If yes, then your complete order will have the price "0 EUR"^#
  • If your ONT Coupons will not be sufficient for all samples, then some of your samples will have the price 0 and others will have the price according to the product
    In other words: If your cart displays a price other than 0€, you do not have enough Coupons to pay for the samples and will get an invoice for all samples that cannot be paid by Coupons!

• Then click on order now and follow the checkout process to finally place the order.

* Every sample needs a free sample barcode for sample tracking in our high-throughput lab

• The "coupon sequence" per ONT Coupon is not needed from your perspective. It only helps to assign one specific Coupon to an order. But you don't need to enter this code, while you redeem it
