*Ready-to-load library pool must be purified using columns or beads to remove low molecular weight impurities, such as primers, nucleotides and reaction buffer.
**One tube with minimal 40µL per lane is mandatory. E.g. for a complete 10/25B flow cell, a total of 8 tubes are required. Samples to be sequenced on one lane, need to be pre-pooled.
QC of library quality and quantity is performed

* Only "standard" service type is compatible with rapid turn-around times. If a "custom" service type is needed, a full flow cell has to be ordered, please be aware that it may require a longer delivery time.

To calculate the total output in bases, multiply the number of read pairs by the read length, and multiply by 2 for paired-end (PE) sequencing. For example, sequencing with a 150 bp paired-end read mode on a 10 billion read flow cell yields approximately 3 terabases (Tb).
